48-Hour Refund Guarantee

We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided the scheduled session has not yet taken place.

Same-Day Bookings

Refunds for same-day bookings are subject to the following:

  • Non-Refundable: If the session is within two hours of booking.
  • Refundable: If the session is canceled more than two hours before its start time, refunds may be issued at our discretion.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Session

For bookings canceled within 24 hours of the session start time:

  • Refunds may not be provided, depending on the proximity to the scheduled session and the time elapsed since booking.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received and approved:

  • We will process your refund promptly.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Technical Issues or Provider Cancellations

If a session is disrupted or canceled due to technical issues on our side:

  • You are entitled to either a full refund or a rescheduled session.

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method.
  2. Contact your credit card company; processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be additional delays in posting refunds.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced services are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted services are non-refundable.
